Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• fill out a test results request form
• contact the surgery via askmyGP
• by phoning us on 01777 870203 and we will tell you what the results are

If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out a test results request form and someone will be in touch.

Hospital test results

Please note that if the test is one that was organised by a hospital-based consultant rather than one of our GPs, then the results typically go back to them first before being forwarded to us.

As such please contact the consultant’s secretary as your first port of call, before contacting us.
